i am regular costumer in this hotel since 2014 this visit was the worst room not clean , mattress need to change bad smell in the room window without bug screen and the staff not professional

The lights in the room are all broken, the hotel entrance is in the parking lot, there is not even a signboard, the lobby is very impatient, communicated for a long time, and waited for an hour to replace the light bulb, very rubbish hotel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, rubbish

I can’t forget an Indian room service staff… Tahir Ali & Haviv. They made us feel at home… Very friendly and hardworking. I recommend this apartment-hotel… very easy to get everything you need for an apartment Vacation.

The front desk does not even understand the meaning of the word Customer Service. This hotel is not fit to be listed on any E-commerce website. Nasty fights with customers over trivial issues are common. It's best to avoid this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Dubai.
