Washroom was not good. Water leaking from roof and drains were blocked. After complaining also nothing worked out.

Grand square hotel. It's a bad experience. Very old building. Nothing maintain furniture and other properties. Even they are not provided complimentary water also. Suspicious that not change bed sheet and amenities. Toilet also not maintain well. No hot water. And also location is very bad. I i was waiting for taxi more than half an hour near main road of hotel. Then i work 1 km. No nearest restaurant. Totally disappoint.

I am solo traveler and a regular one but i don’t spend a lot of time in hotel amenities. But the hotel was clean. Iron was not provided though it was mentioned that it ll be provided. One towel and 1 soap was provided in bathroom. No slippers though. Other than that room was clean. But i believe if you ask for these things they will provide. The staff was good starting from reception.

Hotel was good and clean and very near to metro. According to budget hotel is ok. But you can not stay there with your family because area is not good. With the reception there is african restaurant which kitchen smell won't like most of us. And they don't provide even a single bottle of water. If you are looking a budget hotel with your friends than this is good choice.

I stayed for two days, they didn't clean even single time those days, no proper pillow, no cattle they didn't provide towel unless asking and also only one for two days overall worst i don't suggest to anyone to stay at this hotel
