Thank for a good memorable stay. The hotel deserves 4 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. It has very soft luxury vibe and the staff are so welcoming and polite. I was not able to book taxi and they book it for me with their phone. There are lot of discounts that are there is thre restaurant. Only one problem, Elevator is not enough because too much late. But room very nice and comfortable. I definitely coming back again

The staff at this hotel go the extra mile in ensuring a focused customer experience. The staff radiate excellence under the leadership of the hotel manager, Sid. We had a successful 4-day conference. Arrangements were seamless, with a dedicated business manager who was constantly at hand to deal with our requirements. A range of options were available at breakfast - and these were extended, at our request, to include a wider menu for our colleagues from Asia. From Su and her team at reception, to Sanju and her team in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed in a sincere and friendly manner, and the staff maintained their high standard of care until the moment we left. Rooms were clean and fresh, with a speedy and efficient laundry service. Our conference room was spacious, with excellent breakout areas. Thank you Sid, and your team

This was our fourth visit in a year. We find this hotel has excellent facilities, Clean and tidy rooms, very good gym and 2 pools in addition a splash pool for younger members We had excellent service from all members of staff who are extremely helpful , kind and friendly. In particular in the Novotel Mamun, Anwar, Kyaw, Wil Jun, Novi, Nathan and Zayar also Saqib and Ahmed in the Movenpick. They all went out of their way to ensure all our visits were most enjoyable. Being twinned with the Movenpick means you can enjoy the facilities in both hotels if you wish. Both restaurants offer a good selection of foods at all meal times. We very much look forward to our next visit. A big thank you for the courtesy extended to us at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, ideal for couples and families alike. I booked this hotel by coincidence but it turned to be the best thing in my whole trip. Everything is amazing starting with the very kind and generous reception team who show all support to me and my mother during my staying. Also, the food is vey delicious. The rooms are clean modern and furniture is brand new. They have pray rooms/ laundry room.

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.
