Love staying at this hotel. Rooms are good. Staff is great and welcoming. Ash, Micka, Lovely, Amy, Bryior, Cameron, Liz, Maddie are all great. The location is perfect and the Vaso bar is a wonderful place to host events and also unwind after a long day. Highly recommend this hotel to travelers coming to Dublin/ Columbus area.

Make sure your room doesn’t face the Roosevelt Room! Even on a Monday the music was blasting and the bar is open until 2:30am making it nearly impossible to get rest before a business meeting the next day. The hotel itself is clean and updated. Though without carpet or rugs in the rooms you can hear every movement from the rooms next door and above. Sound machines are provided in the rooms, to drown out the noise but that shouldn’t be the required path to get rest. While location was nice to walk to dinner, comfort was lacking.

I always stay at the AC Hotel Dublin on work trips and love the quality of service I receive. Breakfast is always delicious and has several easy to grab and go options before work. Ashutosh and the rest of the kitchen staff were very kind and helpful.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel during a family vacation. In particular Ash, Denver, and Gab were some of the most hospitable people we ever met. They made sure our two small kids had a smile on their face the whole time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the central Ohio area

This is a stunning newer property in a beautiful part of the city. We're big Bonvoy travelers and this is a top tier option, especially for the midwest. Awesome views of the river and bridges, great design & comfort and stylish rooms. We loved the rooftop bar - more views & fantastic craft cocktails. It's basically attached to the Exchange event center (via a really cute courtyard) which makes it perfect for events there. This was a work trip so we didn't do much additional exploring.

I am a very frequent, business traveler and I have stayed at nearly every Marriott in Greater Columbus. This AC is always at the top of my list if I can get in. There is nothing better than enjoying a nice Heineken on the rooftop after a long day. The crew is always welcoming, remembers my drink, and Breyer makes me feel like a real friend. Last night was the first time I have come on a weekend to enjoy the hotel with my wife. From the minute we checked in Meka (still new and training) made us feel so welcome. She’s going to be a great addition. Finally, as we finish a fantastic breakfast, thanks to Denver and Gabe. Couldn’t be more attentive and accommodating. This is a great hotel top to bottom. I would love if they had an M Lounge, or something similar for loyal customers. Throw in that it is in a walkable entertainment district… always excited to return. Thanks Michelle to you and your crew. You are doing an excellent job of choosing and training your staff.

I recently stayed here to attend a nearby business dinner. It is a wonderful hotel. New with attractive and comfortable furnishings. The service is what stands out for me. The staff became excited to help when I asked for assistance anytime. Their level of service is right up with any Ritz or Four Seasons that I have stayed. Their breakfast is totally gourmet. I had fun using their espresso maker. While I didn’t use it they have a very popular bar on the top floor with inside and outside seating. Also the surrounding area is packed with fascinating boutiques and restaurants. Also be sure to check out the Dublin Link bridge. Walk out the front door and turn left. Go a couple of blocks and go left. It’s a pedestrian bridge - no cars. Great view. All in all I’d consider staying here for a short vacation or long weekend.

This hotel is located within walking distance to many restaurants, run/walk along the river, Dublin area, and Indian Falls park. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the beds and pillows were comfy, there was a decent gym, and the rooftop bar had a good vibe. Laundry is available, and they have hydration stations on each floor (along with free bottled water in the room). Parking is also free. The hallways were occasionally noisy.
