It is an excellent option for extended stays. If you are bringing pets let them know in advance. If you come with your pets let them know in advance so they can set everything for you. The hostess are incredibly friendly and have great customer service skills, specially Whitney, she’ll always help with a great smile

Whitney took great care of us and it made a huge difference in how our day of travel went without a doubt. The room is small but you get what you pay for and the rates were great. Getting us in our room early after I was probably a bit difficult was such a nice move though. Really made our stay different In a good way.

Rooms were nice beds were comfy AC worked great can’t complain… Whitney at the front desk made sure I was taken care of! Water in the showers got hot room was laid out nicely with a couch and chair tv was a nice flat screen that rotated based on where you sat.. great value!

We were already here for a week and that was amazing. The general manager here is amazing! We ended up needing to stay another week and Quan checked us in and she was great! Shes was so helpful and so friendly! Everyone has been great here! Our room was perfect too!

great customer service, Quan was amazing. very good experience. very helpful and nice. would definitely stay again. also location is very convenient, restaurants close by. rooms are clean, lobby space is also including the breakfast area.

I had a fantastic stay! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating of any of our concerns, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was great for easy travel around town (especially for those who don’t want to be right smack dab in downtown). 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Quan was wonderful. Handled my situation with grace and professionalism. Very easy to work with and the hotel is nice. Rooms smell and look clean and parking around the building is no issue. If I’m ever back in this area, I’ll gladly come back to this establishment

The front desk service is terrible. Nobody is ever at the front desk. Ever. After about 8 or 9 pm if you need anything as a guest, you are on your own pretty much. Room service is supposed to be every two weeks, I’ve been here over a month and have had to ask each time. They do not come on their own as scheduled.
