放心沖吧，房間、服務態度、早餐、温泉都特別巴適，我家女兒很喜歡。特別是管家kiki ，24小時在線一樣，逢問必答，還多送了我們樂園門票，哈哈哈，下次再來。

論設計+性價比與休閑+餐飲配套，成都融創施柏閣酒店是我心目中拿捏得最”恰到好處“的一家！各方面已經超越了號稱唯一一家五星級酒店的某温泉酒店。值得一提的是前台客户主任Kiki看到我們親子出遊，表示可以贈送融創樂園或水世界的門票，確實是因為我們前不久才去過，表示了感謝，最後還是給女兒送了自助早餐，棒棒噠！

酒店太美了，設施很新，新一代酒店設計的標準，早餐太好了，每個房間都有小陽台，洗手池、淋浴、馬桶單獨隔離開的設計。房間很大很寬敞。床也比其他酒店大，我們一家3口住的很舒服，一家4口住感覺也毫無壓力。酒店價格也非常美麗。酒店的工作人員Kiki熱情專業，讓我們對這個酒店的又增加了好印象。早上去熊貓谷好近，2公里多。離都江堰站也衹有3公里多。朋友去都江堰也會給他們強烈推薦這家酒店。

房間很大，佈局合理，陽台帶一個沙發躺椅，在房間發發呆也挺好，小童友好酒店有户外小童設施還有一個很大的湖，可以帶一點吃的去喂天鵝，天鵝很親人，小朋友超級喜歡。禮賓服務的笑笑很貼心，中途我家小朋友外出摔跤流血了，也是很及時就安排前台幫我送碘伏棉簽這些，還問我需要幫助不。是一次很舒服的體驗，等孩子大點了再來感受温泉。
