We didn’t stay in advertised caravan, the owner put us in someone else’s van. Van was nice. Heating broke down on night 2 of 4 and we moved on as owner confirmed they would part refund. As u can imagine, when you are on a 4 day holiday with your family time is precious. Freezing cold, unsure when anyone was attending and hanging around isn’t how you want your holiday to be. Had no hot water either so couldn’t shower. They have since ignored me and told *********** they aren’t willing to refund. Such a shame as communication had been ideal prior to that.
