I had a fantastic stay at the Golden Palms Hotel & Spa. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was luxurious and clean, and The dining options were diverse and delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring local attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

I recently stayed at Golden Palms hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the warm and professional service provided by the IT (Nishant Tomar) From the moment I encountered a technical issue & Car parking issue the IT guy was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient in resolving my issue but also incredibly friendly and approachable. His dedication to providing top-notch service made my stay even more enjoyable. Nice comfortable stay, prompt service. Staff was polite. Complimentary breakfast was good but sweets were missing. It was a short stay of one day got cab easily and metro near by is helpful to cut out city traffic. Just the Room AC took time to cool down but technician came and fixed it

At Golden Palms in Delhi, the cafeteria's food and service were outstanding. The diverse menu and attentive staff Pankaj and Raju made every meal a delight. The panoramic views from the rooms were breathtaking, adding to the memorable experience. Looking forward to returning for more culinary delights and mesmerizing vistas.

Great hotel , supportive staff and great Location . Every one is super supportive .specially GM , Jaibpraksh and Asif . Location is convenient . Ambience is good with great taste of food. Rooms are clean . Toilet are clean. Resturent is also good.

The staff is very Welcoming & supportive. Front Desk staff is well Mannered & have good communication skills. The Food is good & well cooked. In room dining is available 24 hrs. Good place to stay & they have good Staff. I'm Visit again in May..

This hotel is located near Akshardham temple in east Delhi. it is a big property with an attached bar. as we had specially requested for a bar attached hotel our travel agents provided this hotel to us. Rooms are spacious and service was very good. breakfast provided was very good. over all we had a good time. Thanks to all
