Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center

I like they have an indoor pool, mini mini arcade, and a small playroom for children. The breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the costs in my opinion. Coffee for $2 for 8oz is crazy, sheesh give me at least a 16oz buddy . There are many hotels in the areato choose from so I would choose a damn one next time. I also was not fond of having a conjoining room and being on the 1st floor (I have never stayed on a first floor). My review overall is it's good for families and convenience.

I’m so upset my first choice was fully booked. I’m not sure what hotel would deem it appropriate to have music blasting after 9pm. I had no interest in hearing who let the dogs out followed by barking. I don’t know where the parents of these children are they should be ashamed to have them running around in the wee hours of the morning. It’s even more disrespectful for the hotel to allow it as well. Then someone calls my room after at midnight the second call I answer and they’re asking for Bobby I will never stay here again. The room was half way decent half considering the cup rings on the side drawers. Save yourself the frustration the other reviews are valid. Then the random door that leads to no where with a lock that isn’t secure. I will not be returning for what I was charged it certainly is not worth it

Recommended but not if you are looking for a quite place. A lot of kids.

This hotel is horribly managed. Nothing works as it should. Our room keys randomly stopped working 4-5 times and because our room was so far from the lobby we lost so much time walking back and forth during an already super busy weekend. The first room we had was covered in ants and despite them spraying twice we ended up having to move as they kept coming. When we got our new room they gave us the wrong room number so we packed up all our stuff and did laps around the hotel with all our luggage looking for a room that didn’t exist. Then found out they told us the wrong room #. The arcade games are all broken and ate all our money. The place was packed due to a dance competition we were at but the stuffing was insufficient so it took forever to get anything (drinks, food, etc). The place looks nice from outside but it’s not clean and there are very superficial renovations and the place needs a lot of help. The manage “tried” to help by moving our room and comping our breakfast but that was seriously no where near what we should have gotten in return for our experience. I paid $350 a night for complete crap and will never stay here again.

Keep searching because this is not it ! Horrible staffing , terrible food , confusing floor plan… a lot of failed potential

I just wanna start off with I’m not anybody who ever leaves a review but I just wanted other families to know that this place is ridiculous and they are not for the customers. I want to start off by saying when I checked in on the night of Tuesday, June 18 the woman charge my credit card eight separate times for $30 de so my bank credit card flagged it as fraud woman at the front desk told me I didn’t have any money and that’s why my credit card was being declined after speaking to Bank of America they told me that it was their computer systems that were down and not my credit card. We finally get into room and everything is broken the water in the tub isn’t draining it just a horrible experience. We wake up in the morning from our trip to go into the pool it’s around 10 AM they tell us that the pool is closing because they need to clean it we wait 45 minutes for them to clean the pool to go into the pool it’s completely dirty and infested with bugs we excepted for them to turn on the outdoor sprinklers they told us that they can’t do that unless they had more people at the hotel. They also told us that the Americans were limited because it wasn’t a full hotel they should really state that on their website that amenities are based on hotel availability. please do yourself a favor and save your money! The best part is that management doesn’t wanna take responsibility for anything put take your money!!!!

The hotel upkeep definitely needs work, it was sloppy. (Like an empty laundry cart in the middle of the hallway in hours that there was no housekeeping service going on , couches in bad condition …)The room I got, stains from bottles and other liquids could be seen on the dresser and knight tables. Pillows in the room could be better quality (gave me & my husband horrible neck pain) staff was ok overall for a 2 night stay it was ok .

No outside food or drinks were allowed anywhere other then your room. Manger was nasty about a store bought water bottle.

Centrally located for families or corporate events. Spacious rooms and beautiful pool. Within driving distance of all that Lancaster has to offer.
