The food was excellent, and the staff very friendly.
But the water in our toilet did not flash. We had to let them know 4 times till it got fixed .
We had two single beds in our room and the beds were not comfortable. I think we paid a lot of money for this room and we slept on a thick sponge with clean sheets .

Scortesia a parte del personale di reception che letteralmente ci ha truffato richiedendo tasse non dovute con una maleducazione inaccettabile, l’hotel ha molte pecche, dalla insonorizzazione esterna degli infissi pessima, ai servizi e dotazioni non da un 4 stelle. Parcheggiare attorno alla struttura senza parcheggio dedicato non è impresa da poco. Colazione decisamente buona, roof garden molto carino ma la piscina è imbarazzante con acqua bollente sul tetto dell’hotel. Letto singolo a dir poco vergognoso, minuscolo.

Πήγαμε για ποτό το βραδάκι στην ταράτσα. Φυσικά ωραία θέα, καλές οι τιμές για τη θέα που προσφέρει. Ευγενικός ο σερβιτόρος, αλλά αγενώς κοφτός και δύσκαμπτος στην απάντησή του όταν τού είπαμε εάν έχει ένα άλλο συνοδευτικό για το ποτό μου, επειδή είμαι αλλεργικός στα φυστίκια. Πολύ κοφτά και με αγενή τρόπο, αν και έδειχνε ευγενικός, απάντησε "όχι. Μόνο από τον κατάλογο να διαλέξετε". Δηλ. να πληρώσουμε εξτρά. Στο τέλος το παρατήρησα σε κάποιον υπεύθυνο φεύγοντας. Ο μισός πληθυσμός της γης είναι αλλεργικός στα φυστίκια και όλοι έχουν μια εναλλακτική. Δεν νοείται να μην έχουν κι αυτοί και να σε αναγκάζουν να αγοράσεις εξτρά κάτι. Φυσικά δεν αγοράσαμε εμείς, αλλά είναι η 2η φορά που κάνουν κάτι και δείχνουν ακατάλληλοι για να κρατούν τέτοιο μαγαζί και το έχω επισημάνει ξανά, αλλά δεν διορθώνονται.

Δωμάτιο χωρίς ντουλάπα , με κρεβάτι για νήπια . «Χαλασμένος» εκτυπωτής για έκδοση απόδειξης .Ευγενεστατος βραδυνος ρεσεψιονίστ , μη μπορώντας να σώσει την γενική εικόνα. Δεν αξίζει ούτε το 1/3 των 129 €. Ούτε λόγος για επαναληψη διαμονής. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα επ ουδενί.

A modern clean big hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The suite with sea view was exceptional and it made our stay worthwhile. The hotel has an excellent location that is just beside the seafront and the central area of the city full of cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating specially with our check-in and check-out needs. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop garden (Three Sixty) which is an amazing spot with very good vibes. As well as a swimming pool (unfortunately it was closed during our visit because it was out of season time), a spa and a GYM. The only downsides were that it was a bit pricey (specially that it was not a high season) and that the breakfast was average. Anyhow it’s very worth it and will give you a nice stay in Gythio.

This would have been a nice place if the rooftop garden bar didn't blast music until 2:45 in the morning, but unfortunately this place doesn't seem to care that people wish to sleep in a hotel. Can not recommend

Large comfortable bed in large modern room. All well set up for a comfortable stay, good breakfast but ate out in evening so don’t know what other meals are like. Excellent location in terms of centre of town though parking can be very difficult. Not cheap but decent value

Very nice stylish hotel, central position, spacious rooms and coco-mat mattresses make a real difference. Breakfast was good. There is also a Spa, although the sauna and hammam were closed. There is no private parking, luckily we found place on the front road. Price was adequate to the room, less to the roof bar.

It is a modern hotel, which is rare in the region. The rooms are spacious and everything is classy with quality materials. For example, the LED ***** lights in the W have their effect. The balcony is nice. The corridors are reminiscent of those of a spaceship! Personally, I love it 🤗. It has a futuristic design which I love, with a sea view from the rooftop and a view of the city. The quality service also includes a spa and all that. Breakfast is killer. But the highlight is the infinity pool next to the bar on the rooftop level. We lounged there all morning, basking in the sun with music and drinks. Very trendy ! A must do at very good value for money. Thank you to the entire hotel team, very kind and available 👍👏
