Situated in the Old Town area, it is just 15 minutes walking distance from the Edinburgh Waverley Station and there are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms of the hotel are not that spacious (and some of them do not have a window so it is rather dark if you turn off everything) but is just right fit for everyone. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. Will definitely come again.

The format of the hotel is similar to a good hostel - downstairs there is a huge area with a bar for relaxation, you can drink tea/coffee/water for free, sit and chat.
The rooms themselves, in my opinion, are more suitable for single use - the bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a transparent partition without a door. There are separate doors to the toilet and shower, they are also made of frosted glass. That is, you can see the sink from the bed, and the zones are poorly separated even by light, that is, when one is sleeping and the other is in the shower, then everything can be heard and seen, there is no privacy.

Service at the front desk was poor. Carpet was very unclean. Soundproofing is very poor. Far from bus stop and train station. Experience was very bad.

Spacious and clean rooms, but having a kettle and some mugs would be nice! Perfect location as it's in a quiet corner of the city center.

Very convenient hotel located in the newer part of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops around, everything is at walking distance! Rooms are not too big but they are very comfortable and modern. Loved it!
