I just arrived on the time for check in but the managers were super kind and they explained all the necessary things for me. The locations was awesome and the room is very nice in good condition. I enjoyed my stay.

During the days of wandering abroad, I went back and forth looking for a suitable place and wanted to return to my country. The hotel is nice, the environment is very good, suitable for a short stay, can be recommended

Fabulous location. The rooms were a bit hard to access with luggage (no elevator, lots of stairs), but the rooms were very nice. Very expensive, not sure it was good value for the money.

We would come here for a drink after dinner and surprisingly the bar would close fairly early. One of the nights we did catch a music act just as he was on his last song or two. It is a convenient location but not sure it offers much else. We had trouble finding places to get a drink and this was close to the Royal Mile and our hotels.

What a gem! This hotel has everything and is located in the heart of the Royal Mile. Monica was so helpful when we checked in after a long travel day and took great care of us when we had breakfast and checked out. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom felt like a spa and having a drink and dinner right downstairs was a bonus. My daughter and I were able to take in all the sights of the Royal Mile and enjoy the luxury of our room after a long day. Thank you for an enjoyable visit!

Stunning rooms - spotlessly clean - well designed and comfortable. Also good pub food. We especially liked the location. Convenient to all on the Royal Mile. We also attended the Military Tattoos - perfect location to walk there. Made leaving the event very easy to just walk.

Amazing location right in the centre of Edinburgh! Staff were super friendly and the room was huge as well as the bathroom. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast as well. Definitely recommend.

Was in edinburgh to catch a show at the festival and walked past - we heard some live music so popped our heads in! Stayed for a couple of drinks and to listen to the music, the lad playing was great! Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Fun boutique pub/hotel with nicely appointed rooms & breakfast made to order. Pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the rooms as there are just a handful of them over the pub - and they were relatively quiet. Pub was lots of fun in the evening w live music from 830-12pm. Can’t beat the location either !!
