Ramada by Wyndham Edmonton Yellowhead NW

The property looked run down. Bathroom / shower had issues, and i had to ask for new keycard almost every time I left my room! Not an experience i would like to recommend to anyone else. I would suggest avoid for your trips

Worth the $88 we paid. Check in took a long time, line was long. Room was unlocked when we arrived. Bed was not fully made, no face cloths in bathroom. ?coffee stains on coffee table and night stands. Landline did not work, but didn't need it anyway. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are not sound proof. We heard other guests having sex and throwing up.

One night stay away from home. Exceptional customer service by reception staff. Comfy clean bed. Good stay overall. However, hallways need a little more cleaning. They were dirty and not smelling fresh.

Lobby was dirty, the room smelt like urine and burnt plastic, bathroom was dirty, mould around the tub, shower handle was broke, bathroom fan was caked with what looked like years of dirt and grime. Bed had a huge dip, sheets had dried bloody Boogar’s on it. Asked to speak to the manager and no one ever contacted me. The poor salt water fish tank in the lobby was very dirty and the sole surviving fish was diseased and had actual holes in its body. I don’t recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly but the hotel was GROSS

Personal to visit my son, trains were a bit annoying however my partner and I were able to find routes that were convenient to work around the train schedule, loved how close to Costco and Tim Hortons this was. Would stay there again.

Spent a whole of ten minutes in the room, walked out and booked elsewhere. Dirty mask, covered in makeup just inside the door, black goo around the tub, dried cheese smear across the microwave, hole from a boot in the bathroom door, lights hanging from the wall, dried runs down walls….. just yuck. Elevator is a damn death trap too.

Understanding and helpful staff who went above and beyond for my wife and I. We had some financial issues that needed to be adjusted during our stay, the staff were professional and patient until we figured everything out. Thank you again

The good was the late check out is free untill 1pm... The bad was I found a lot of spot in the carpet like small piece of food of the guest before, so take care about that details. Also the location of the hotel is too far from the airport. I did the reservation by *********** and I don't if was mistake of the app but showed me a different location in the map.

This is the worst property in the Ramada chain hands down .T he pictures they use to promote are for 20 years ago. It’s out dates falling apart and gross. I had no towels, toilet paper, and to room was dirty and a messy .There was black mold falling from the ceiling in the bathroom and garbage and flyers all over the floor
