We visited Egirdir out of season and wanted to experience a cooking class. Despite not running an official class, Ibrahim welcomed us into his pansiyon and organised for us to come to the kitchen and watch/help prepare the evening meal - a beautiful Karniyarik. He checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok and was a brilliant host. There was also lots of information available about hiking and other activities in the area. We unfortunately didn’t stay overnight as had already booked alternative arrangements but wish we had as it was a perfect mix of authentic Turkish hospitality with all the services and knowledge of a top end hotel.
