This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.

Very windy and very cold. I just remember being so cold and loud at night. Snack was nice. I didn’t have meals here so not sure about food. Location is nice as it is in the center by the hiking trailheads. They gave me a discount for paying in cash.

Very basic. Beds, towels, a couple of soaps and nothing else. Bad smell in the bathroom, you have to close the door to be able to sleep without smells. Basic breakfast, it is to spend the least amount of time. We wouldn't go back. You pay a price that implies better conditions.

The breakfast is remarkable, quality bread, good jam, puddings, delicious orange juice. The distance from the center is ideal. Complimentary, in the afternoon, the option of making a tea with different types of your choice was available. As for the room, good shower pressure. The girls at the reception are friendly.

Overall the property seemed nice, but we didn't get to enjoy it much as the water was out almost the entire time we were staying there so we didn't make a point of sticking around. They have a strange key policy where you leave your room key in a bowl when you leave, and all other residents have access to that bowl. It left me uneasy as far as the security of our things.

The room we got had mold all over the walls. It had a strange smell and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was still hair from the previous guest everywhere. I don't recommend this hotel! For the overpriced room there are definitely better places in El Chalten!!
