The hotel is within easy walking distance to the surrounding beaches and casinos. The ski resort is located across the street and is ideally located, offering free coffee and full tables. The room facilities are of high standard. This is a hotel I like very much. This is a recommended hotel, if I visit again, I am willing to stay.

The room is relatively small. Not providing breakfast can be troublesome for families with children, as they need to spend time in the morning to make a light breakfast. Everything else was fine. Missing items were found back and mailed home. Thank you very much.

Accused of make to much noise. Asked what was the noise and management would not say. I can say, when I returned one evening around 7:30 pm, the handicap parking was being used by someone with no handicap plate or card. Two other cars were parked in no parking area next to handicap. Used for accessing the second story stairs. I did tell my wife that it’s BS that people park in handicap area with no placard. My wife was knitting that night and I was trying to watch a TV that was having broadcast issues and the sound was down very low. Only other way noise could have been produced was, we were on second floor and moving around in an older building, the floors made noise as we walked. Small room, small bathroom. Old construction and a little run down building. We were awakened with a notice of making noise and if continued, we would be kicked out LOL. We will not be going back and we do not recommend this hotel. There’s plenty other places to stay. P.S. 8 am to 10 pm is noise time. We were asleep by every night.

This hotel is the most cost-effective one since coming to the United States so many times! For skiing friends, this hotel is the best choice. The location is right next to the Heavenly Ski Resort, about 2 minutes' walk. The hotel has a parking service, free of charge, and of course free tip. The price of more than 200 RMB per night is super value, and there is no one and only one! The room is large, at least it can accommodate 4 people, the room is a big bed, the living room is a sofa bed, there is a spa bath between the room and the living room that can accommodate three or four people, the room is clean, the microwave and refrigerator are complete, the lobby front desk also helps me Print documents for free, friendly staff, and take the initiative to introduce how to rent skis. Can I give 10 stars!

Perfect location location location if you’re going there for a luxury resort, keep looking if you’re going there for to have fun outside the room this is a place to be it’s a little dated a little worn out. It’s a little facelift but you get your moneys worth front desk very accommodating. Have a great time.
