Lo mejor, la terraza con vistas al las montañas y el mar, también, la amplitud del apartamento así como lo limpio y organizado que estaba, además, muy completo y facilitaban una serie de detalles propios de hotel, hasta una chocolatina Tirma! Check in por web y llave con código, aparcamiento propio aunque algo en cuesta.. la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y Santa Cruz, ideal para visitar el sur de la isla pero quizás algo alejado para el norte y el centro. Reiterar amplitud y apartamento completo, recomendable.

La peor atención al cliente, después de 10 llamadas desde varios teléfonos no se consigue conectar con la propiedad. El Motivo de la consulta es sobre protocolo COVID que el propietario notifica después de la reserva, en estos momentos que no es obligatorio ningún tipo de medidas . Es de suponer que el retraso en contestar al teléfono una vez hecha la reserva es esperar el tiempo suficiente para que no pueda ser anulada. Resultado....anular la reserva lo antes posible. La experiencia es un grado, ojo no se fien.

Apartamento confortable y con bonitas vistas. Destacar la tranquilidad, limpieza, equipamiento, wifi y sobre todo la atención recibida por parte del propietario. Dispone de aparcamiento privado y una ubicación extraordinaria, la relación calidad/precio es muy buena… Totalmente recomendable!
