Todo perfecto, muy atentos y amables, la habitación espectacular, el spa ilimitado , llegar de cenar y encontrarnos un detalle en la cama…el desayuno no ha estado mal, podías pedir platos calientes si te apetecía, la verdad es que nos ha encantado. Volveremos

En general es muy bueno, pero le sobra una estrella. La habitación deluxe muy amplia, pero el baño pequeño. En la bañera falta una cortina ya que si te quieres duchar dejas todo lleno de agua. No había tope de la puerta de entrada y se había desconchado la pared. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno excelente. Zona termal buena. La temperatura del jacuzzi tendría que ser más alta.

Hotel espectacular lleno de encantos. La tranquilidad que se respira es impagable. La atención y amabilidad del personal admirable y el restaurante digno de un Hotel de 5 estrellas. Spa con acceso ilimitado es un gran punto fuerte, ya que no es necesario reservar, pudiendo entrar las veces que quisieras. Sin duda repetiremos!!

No es un 5 estrellas. Como máximo es un 4. Hotel majestuoso de 40 habitaciones pero con una evidente falta de mantenimiento. En el spa es donde se refleja todo; maderas naturales abandonadas, baldosas rotas, gresites de la piscina arrancados… la habitación deja mucho que desear; las cortinas lastimadas, las sábanas agujereadas, el techo del lavabo con humedades. El wifi inexistente. El bufet del desayuno correcto pero nada extraordinario. Todos los huéspedes tuvimos que aguantar los jolglirios de unos dj que llegaban de fiesta. Avisamos varias veces a los camareros pero seguían con la misma actitud; en definitiva para no volver Sin duda lo mejor fué la cena del restaurante. Chambre spacieuse, moderne, propre malgré quelques petites défauts. Clim difficile à réguler mais fonctionnelle. Piscine intérieure, spa, très appréciable en cette période chaude. Restaurant "le soir" pour nous sur terrasse, cuisine antidepressant et varié, bonne mais chère. Un peu à l'extérieur de Lérida ce qui est parfait, c'est de toute façon le meilleur de la région.

Nous avons fait étape dans cet hôtel assez décalé mais très sympa. Le restaurant est très bien à des prix raisonnables et les chambres très agréables. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable et nous avons bénéficié d’un surclassement sans l’avoir sollicité, ce qui est assez rare. Les avis que nous avons lu sont très injustes car 185 euros une junior suite (avant surclassement) petit déjeuner et parking inclus en plein mois d’août, c’est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ces avantages s ont d’ailleurs failli nous détourner de l’hôtel. Ce qui aurait vraiment été dommage. L’hôtel mérite certes quelques rafraîchissements mais il reste qualitatif et serait sans doute beaucoup plus cher rénové. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous connaissons l’hôtel depuis longtemps. Certaines prestations ont baissé. Plus assiette de fruits frais. Plus d’eau aromatisée dans le hall. Personne ne peut s’exprimer en français ou en anglais. Impossible d’obtenir une couverture ( Clim) ou un oreiller supplémentaire.
