Wonderful king suite. Great layout. Very comfortable. Fabulous bed. Great for cozy sleeping! The breakfast buffet is amazing. They everything you could ask for. Coffee, tea, sodas, hot chocolate and water available all day. Lovely staff.

We had a king accessible room. Very nice. Clean and comfy. Foam pillows, though, and I’m a feather or down person. However, two things, which may not be important to anyone but me. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also, there is no way to keep the sound consistent for sleeping with the AC on. The fan goes on and off with the compressor. If you just set the fan to ON, you can’t run the AC at the same time. I set the AC to 65 at night just to try to keep it running. But it shut down anyway, well above 65. Sad face.

Excellent hotel … Liz on the front desk when we checked in was simply excellent. She walked us through all the amenities of the hotel, the breakfast area and the fitness center. A little on the history of the hotel and the community of Elkins . She provides a couple of information sheets about the hotel and the restaurants in the area… and the hotel has fresh cookies at the front desks in the evening. We are motorcycling across USA so our bikes are with us.. another nice touch is that they have cleaning cloths at their front entrance to wipe down your bike… just a thoughtful touch in our opinion.. highly recommend this hotel and Liz…Cindy & Brian from BC Canada

Good location to downtown area with restaurants. Parking lot does not have cameras and is very dark. Mattress is not particularly comfortable.

Everything was as it should be. Nice room, internet worked, bed was comfortable, and it was mostly quiet. I would stay again!
