Extremely disappointed stay with below par facilities, dated rooms and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. I certainly won’t be returning to this hotel and am currently still waiting for a response weeks after my stay. Poor customer service and standards from Premier Inn.

Filthy bathroom in our room, tried to speak to reception but unable to find anyone. Spoke to them in the morning on checkout and was told to email for a refund as they agreed the bathroom was unacceptable. 2 emails later, and still no communication back. It is beyond frustrating and we will never stay here again. Nobody to speak to on the phone. Absolutely appalling service.

My room was so clean and after six hours of travelling and meeting family , I needed a place to rest . Lying on the bed was like floating on a cloud . Everything from arrival to leaving was so good . Such a clean hotel and the cooked breakfast was amazing

Rather than drive home late at night after a concert we chose to stay at a budget hotel. It is on a bus route and has a car park which is free. It is a well known place so getting a taxi was not a problem.

Incredibly busy bank holiday weekend and the restaurant is heaving. The staff have been amazing, Debbie and her team have pulled out all the stops to get as much food out for the guests as possible. And it was lovely and fresh as a result. The croissant was outstanding.

One night stay on business - highly recommended - especially if you have an EV. Make sure you ask for a room close to Reception or you will be in for a long walk.

26 degrees or more in the room at all times. No chance of a good night's sleep or a pleasant stay. Very uncomfortable.
