Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Enid, OK

We stayed here in November ‘23 and had a much better experience. This time our room was missing several things such as remote control, tray for coffee pod in the inroom coffee maker, and hair dryer. The AC couldn’t keep up with the humidity so we had to blast it to keep the moisture down. The remote didn’t work for the living area tv. We had to ask for extra soap because they only clean the room every 3 days. The trash cans also got really full because no one came to empty them. Had I known that prior to booking I would not have stayed. I understand not changing the sheets every night for a stay over guest, but you can at least tidy the room and replenish supplies as needed. The breakfast buffet was good. We love the waffles!!

Safe, convenient and friendly staff.

Front desk was friendly. For the second time during a visit to this hotel the toilet did not work. We put up with it one day waiting for maintenance. By the second day they offered to let change rooms. The curtains were torn and dirty. The chair at the desk was worn and peeling. There was a large spot outside our door maybe Clorox spill? The cabinet that held the refrigerator was chipped, the door barely closed. The fitness center floor was very dirty. This hotel needs new furniture, ne curtains, carpeting, and a good cleaning.

My second stay and will book again when in the area.

This hotel was very clean and had great breakfast options! There were a few downsides to what room we were in particularly, our room had a bright white flashing from the smoke detector, and we were next to a laundry chute so there was a weird sound every 3 seconds. We think it was the air current going through the chute but we weren't sure. The room was cozy but wished we had more space in between the bed and the desk. The pool was also in good condition and nice and warm. I would stay at this hotel again!

The condition of the accommodations was substandard, with evident neglect. Furniture exhibited signs of excessive wear and tear, including stains, tears, and holes. The sofa bed pull-out was unsanitary, covered in crumbs and filth, lacking appropriate bedding. The provided bedding was in poor condition, torn and worn out. The bathroom presented hygiene concerns, with mold buildup and drainage issues, requiring guests to stand in around 2” unclean water during showering. Additionally, the room displayed structural damage, with noticeable wall deterioration and broken glass. Despite these shortcomings, the check-in attendant demonstrated exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor and is the only reason I would not give this hotel ZERO Stars.
