The condition of the accommodations was substandard, with evident neglect. Furniture exhibited signs of excessive wear and tear, including stains, tears, and holes. The sofa bed pull-out was unsanitary, covered in crumbs and filth, lacking appropriate bedding. The provided bedding was in poor condition, torn and worn out. The bathroom presented hygiene concerns, with mold buildup and drainage issues, requiring guests to stand in around 2” unclean water during showering. Additionally, the room displayed structural damage, with noticeable wall deterioration and broken glass. Despite these shortcomings, the check-in attendant demonstrated exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor and is the only reason I would not give this hotel ZERO Stars.
