We had the Future Suite, spacious suite with a nice bathroom and steam cabin. Nice bath but we also considered that these baths are very difficult for a back patient to get out of, so this bath will also be difficult for older patients, the steam cabin is great but also very difficult for older people to understand. This steam cabin is also not properly maintained and mold is starting to form. The air conditioning works perfectly but cannot be used at night due to a lot of noise, so we had opened the window so the sound of the cars was a nuisance, but especially the night of 19 07 to 20 07 there was a lot of noise between us between 22:00 and 23:00 and between 02:30 and 03:45 on the terrace of their room by 7 young guests a party going on. 7 people in 1 room ???. The hotel is nice but when you enter the restaurant and for a young hotel of 3 years I found the seats dirty, the curtains full of dirty spots, also on the walls and ceilings. The breakfast is sufficient if everything is replenished, but as in other hotels of yours I can see no one who took charge. No welcome morning to give your room number or whether you had paid for breakfast or not. As a big Van der Valk fan it was my duty to report this and hope that you will not go along with everything more expensive but less quality and cut back on staff and cleaning. It also surprised me that this hotel did not ask if the room had to be cleaned or not? What I wonder is also why everything was replenished in the past, 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea and soap etc ..., should you be punished because you reserve multiple nights? You also pay for the other days but the service is suddenly less. Then you can rather reserve every night, get 2 drinks and get a 5 euro bonus each time.
