二次入住，前台小徐小劉都不錯，熱心，為客人着想，房間很大，也比較安靜。我們提出無煙房都滿足了，早飯略差點意思，對於這個價格該有的也都有了

酒店首先地理位置非常好，離火車站很近，酒店後面就是一條食街，對於首次來到恩施旅遊的人來説真的是非常方便，而且我是自駕遊，取車還車就在酒店旁邊太方便了。前台服務的小姐姐田嬌也是大方熱情，笑容甜美，服務周到。酒店三樓的自助早餐也是比較豐富又實惠，餐廳的經理還給我們做了升級服務，很窩心呢，因為帶着父母出行，所以遇上酒店這樣的服務立馬覺得省心不少，一次很愉悦的體驗。

酒店設施很新，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，帶8歲娃在這裏連住了三晚，每晚都睡得很香甜。酒店的工作人員十分熱情，知道我們每天出門早沒有辦法吃早餐，每天在我們回來前都準備了零食牛奶。在來恩施之前，我就先加了前台小田（Grace）的微信，對當地遊玩攻略、我們的需求等她都一一回答和滿足。玩到第三天，女兒水土不服開始上吐下瀉，回酒店的時候是下午了，酒店的飯店在休息。酒店工作人員知道後連忙幫我們跑出去買小米粥，給女兒送熱水。在這裏的三天真的感覺很好！
地理位置方面也十分方便，很多旅遊大巴集散點就在酒店下面的轉盤。恩施火車站、汽車站都在旁邊，飛機場也衹有10mins路程。之後有機會來恩施還住這裏！感謝酒店工作人員的愛心，希望大家工作生活順利！

酒店環境不錯，服務意識較差，車子停在酒店門口，車子沒有關燈居然沒有聯繫入住人員。另外，車子電瓶虧電，酒店有搭電設施居然當做看不見。
