Location meravigliosa unica e centralissima Servizi inesistenti dopo le 20 perché non esiste una reception Camera grande comodissima con salotto e cucinotto fornito di tutto Ferro e tavola da stiro comodi Bagno grande Possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno dello chateaux Colazione semplice ma ottima In definitiva uno splendido chateau dove alloggerete nella dependance con tutti i confort nella vostra suite

We stayed one night at Les Suites du 33 & it was just beautiful. We had driven from Mechelen, Belgium and arrived much later than planned. On arrival the staff were leaving for the day. We were extremely apologetic for our late arrival & the staff were more than happy to wait and check us in. Our suite was spacious and just beautiful. There was parking available onsite during our stay at no extra cost. All amenities we needed were provided. Breakfast the next morning was delicious & the service from the staff was excellent. The weather wasn’t great so we asked the staff if we could borrow umbrellas for the afternoon, which they were happy to oblige us. The property is stunning and the champagne is very nice too! Located on the Avenue de Champagne it was an easy walk to the other Champagne houses and centre of Epernay.

You are already extremely well received, politeness and a smile are required The room is very comfortable and very spacious The exterior setting with the garden is divine The copious and very good continental breakfast and again very pleasant and attentive staff. Nothing to complain about except that everything was PERFECT

A real discovery! Inside the Maison du Champagne de Venoge on Avenue du Champagne, this small detached structure of the maison has four rooms. Ours was on the first floor, very well furnished with even a fireplace inside. A special mention deserves Mrs. Antonella (and also her colleague) who welcomed us, pampered us and passionately explained the Champagne region and its famous bubbles! To conclude, I highly recommend the facility

We have been to Epernay three times and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The property is on the grounds of the headquarters of the de Venoge champagne house, on Ave de Champagne. It is in my view one of the most beautiful complexes in all of Epernay. The other two places we stayed at on our prior visits were also on Ave de Champagne, but this is by far the most elegant, luxurious, and comfortable room, and it’s no more expensive than the other places. We were offered free glasses of excellent champagne, accurate restaurant recommendations, and just attentive services all around. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a memorable stay in Epernay.

We absolutely love this place and this was the second time we've been here. The service, especially by the manager who checked us in/served breakfast etc was outstanding. Rooms are spacious and perfect for a family of four. Everything was clean and the location is just outstanding. We will definitely be back here!

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Absolutely fantastic in every way. Had a tour of the house with a Champagne tasting to finish,really worth the money. Breakfast was simple but of the highest quality. The staff ( I actually dislike calling them staff as they were more like friends) were so helpful and obliging,from helping with electric car charging to booking a private boat trip (definitely recommend that) . The Avenue de Champagne is a site to see. If you’re going to Épernay this is the place to stay.

Firstly the location, which was fabulous complimented by the availability of secure parking. The presentation of our three room apartment was excellent with a spacious and well equipped living area (just to note, this apartment is upstairs and there is no lift). There are drinks and plates of light bites available in the courtyard in front of the chateau. Breakfast was taken in the room immediately below our apartment and was very well presented with impeccable service. Stayed here for one night and certainly will return

Absolutely a beautiful place and room. We stayed in room 2, the one with the outdoor patio and it was fantastic. Very peaceful in style and had everything you will need. Very comfortable bed, small kitchenette with coffee/tea and the bath was large, shower fantastic. Don’t usually like rain showers but this was an experience to have for sure. Breakfast was simple and filling. Location was amazing as well, enjoyed drinking champagne in their courtyard and then taking it back to our patio when they closed. Okay, I admit, we opened another bottle once in our room. Book early, they fill up fast. Thanks for a lovely stay.
