The room is near ernakulam south railway station. So finding the room is easy. Similarly, if you look at everything else, it is a flawless place. Even if you are a family or you can come alone and book it. No need to be afraid in any way.

Rooms were good and clean. At the time of booking, it shows complimentary breakfast included and had the full payment. Unfortunately next morning, the staff updated that our booking not included the breakfast. Then we paid 200/person for 5. Just mention these kind of issues at the time of booking so we have option to select or change the booking package

The stay was good. Staff was behaving friendly. Check in procedure was easy. Hot water is available. One suggestion is, minimum two plug points for charging should be provided in room.
