Location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service

When i reached they gave the room at 4th floor. Lift was not there at hotel. Then when went and checked the room it was very bad. No space, no towels, no bathroom accessories. So i dint stay there. I booked room at emerald suit. So kindly refund my amount

The rooma were not cleaned properly. There were no towels provided and the power was fluctuating. Didn't have fan just had ac and the ac was. Not working properly and shut down many times. There were a mount for fan but was not present.

Reception manager behaviour is worst. Not at all cooperative for room booking extension and didn't give bill for time extension given. Even woke me up at 12 am midnight for enquiry purpose. Seems to be a pothead. Could hear sounds from other rooms & outside disturbingly. Felt very unsafe

No hot water for bath, commode was broken. Soap or hand wash not available. Bed was good but single single bed joined and make large bed
