Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, it is absolutely charming - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the courtyard - all this touches and immerses you in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. On the other hand, there are a lot of disadvantages that can outweigh the advantages. For example, the rooms are very cold even when the air conditioner is off. And in general, air conditioners are constantly working everywhere, so I did not get out of a warm sweater with a hood. Didn't like the food. I understand that this is India, but usually large hotels also have a European menu. Here, too, there were options, but either peppered and spicy anyway, or a la fast food (pizza and burgers). In general, if you are a gastritis, an ulcer, or for some other reason are limited in nutrition, then you will have a very difficult time. The staff is very arrogant (not all of course, but the general mass), there is always a feeling that you owe them something. Well, the last little remark, speaking about the attitude and sensitivity of the staff: we arrived on my husband's birthday and did not even hear the banal ”happy birthday” at the check-in. First time like this. Usually they will at least verbally congratulate, as a maximum they will treat you with cakes)

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

The most beautiful property that I have ever visited . Neatly maintained grounds and pool. A big thumbs up to their excellent staff ever ready to help you out with a smile. A good breakfast spread and nice options to taste local and other cuisines. Lastly enough avenues to keep a 3 Yr old engaged with a cute play area.

We satyed here f or a day as we had to attend a marriage nearby. The place is very clean and comfortble. Early check in was allowed. We had dinner in their 2nd floor restaurant and we had called our local relatives too. Food was mamageable but nothing great. We didn't go for the buffet spread as we didn't like the options. The place has no liquor permit. The inclsuive breeafast was just about ok. The service was poor. I ordered omlette a couple of times and it was never served. The staff was reasonably friednly and the friedliest one was the door ***. The palce has nice parkign facility underground.

Very worst experience!!!! I write this reviews just an experience stayed a day actually my plan was 3 days in same hotel but it’s make me really disappointed from the arrival no one escorts to take my luggage and there a two boys in the reception when I arrive both are stayed in the room inside and watching there phone simply, after I arrived I just ask a help to carry my baggage just simply ignore (note I just ask for a help) After I came to room AC Is doesn’t work at all even I keep on for 3 hours, when I ask yo reception he mentioned to me it’s Hot weather sir will be work soon (after 3 hours come on ) Then in the night I ask for TV is there is any channel is working, he just laugh and reply to me if you want to see the TV just open android smart phone connect to TV Seriously it’s make me really disappointed and I don’t recommend for any new comer in this hotel

We have been in this last month & we were not happy with the stay which we choose last time & after lot of search we decided to go with riveria. This was my second visit to Thayamkery's and the stay was as good as the first time. First of all, the hospitality from the reception and staff makes you feel welcome. The room was excellent for a solo stay, with a work table, chair and toiletries which were infact good (Used it both times). Wifi Speed was sufficient for multiple devices and the greenery gives a homely feel. Didn’t try the food but the coffee on de***d was delicious. The bathroom could use some renovation but was still fine for me. An important factor is the perfect location which although at the heart of Edapally is still calm and quiet with a Hypermart nearby. Edapally Church, Metro Station, Lulu Shopping Mall and the main roads are all just a walk away!
