El trato recibido por todos ha sido excelente. En la recepción, siempre atentos a tus necesidades y las instalaciones de primera calidad! SPA: Menudo equipo! Con Auxi al frente tienen una joya! Persona humana y cariñosa donde las haya. En todo momento, pendiente de mis tratamientos y actividades físicas, para adaptarlas a mis necesidades. Su equipo excepcional que se adaptó en todo momento a mis necesidades especiales. RESTAURACIÓN: Un absoluto acierto! Con Javier al frente, todo un equipazo. El personal, de 10. Tanto camareros, que merecen una condecoración por sus idas y venidas incansables, siempre con una sonrisa. Y para cocinas, no me quedan más que palabras inmensas de reconocimiento por un trabajo esquisto y nunca mejor dicho. Trabajan sin tregua para la elaboración de tantos platos gourmets con unos emplatados dignos de excelencia. Mil gracias a todos ellos!

Mi mujer y yo nos alojamos durante dos semanas y la estancia fue simplemente perfecta. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda volveros muy pronto, la próxima vez con amigos y familia. Las habitaciones son increíbles, el spa es una delicia, el restaurante de lo mejor de la Costa del Sol y el equipo de recepción es el más amable y atento que hemos conocido.

We stayed at this hotel from September 20 to 25. The hotel is sold as Grand Luxury *****. I imagine that when they opened it it could have been, but today it is a 3 star and that's it. I suppose that the complaint about this establishment will be for the Health Spa, an issue that I could not assess, since it happened to be undergoing improvement works. The arrival is deceptive, offering any service needed from outside the hotel, at an unknown price. Pretentious, seen later. The accommodation has 55 rooms, with an area, in our case Junior Suite, of 55 m2, the size of luxury rooms from bygone times, but with such obvious shortcomings as not having any mirror in the room, which was not the case. , except in the enormous bathroom, of an excessive size, but anchored in those 70s (the shower is in a built-in cabin, with a shower head more than 2 meters from the floor and with minimal options to take advantage of the good water pressure , at least if you can turn the water outlet. It cries out for a column of massage jets!!!). You can't find the restaurant service even in a 3-star hotel (I apologize to the singing waiter Fernando, who shows proactivity and involvement in the service). The rest are beach bars, scarce and bad. The facilities are obsolete, to say the least, after checking a bench in one of the hallways, with three seats, with its cushions covering the destroyed mesh of two of them, that if you sit down you will slip through its enormous holes. In short, it is a shame that this is sold with Great Luxury, due to none of the issues that this category implies. The almost absolute absence of clients in the hotel throughout the five nights is understandable, concealed by the filming crew and actors and actresses staying in the establishment, who used it to film scenes for a series set in a hotel in the 70s. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!!!
