Super 8 by Wyndham Fargo/I-29/West Acres Mall

No hot water and was very cold, bugs in the room including roaches and spiders. Roach in the bathroom and on the wall by the fridge and i didn't see them till the morning. The shower was not cleaned properly and the curtain was very dirty. There was not even a remote for the tv. Do not stay here, very dirty place.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! We went to a concert in Fargo last minute and this was the only place left. They charged $250.00 for one night. The room they gave us was filthy and very unsafe! The smoke alarm was ripped off the wall, 2nd floor window had no screen and wouldn't lock. Door missing part of the trim snd the secondary lock arm. Toilet was dirty, sink was dirty, A/C held in place with duct tape. Shelf half ripped out of the wall, walls were filthy, fridge had old hot dogs in it. The halls had all kinds of dirt and other debris and the outer door didn't shut right and didn't lock. We asked for a refund as there was no way we were staying in this unsafe dump and are getting the run around and having to go through the BBB to try get our $250.00 back. They were overbooked by 6 rooms so you know they rented it to someone else so they are double dipping!!! Pretty sure it was someone else who put a similar review on here for the same night. Would give negative stars if I could!

Your hotel is not safe as our room: 1) missing fire alarm/detector-ripped from the wall 2) 2nd floor window did NOT lock and I took photos and video! The screen was also missing! This is extremely dangerous! 3) broken furniture; dirty and stained 4) security latch missing with broken trim demonstrating someone had tried to break the door down! 5) duct tape holding in the air conditioner Also, our room had NOT been cleaned properly: 1) feces on the back of the toilet 2) Pennies on the floor behind the door telling me housekeepers didn’t mop or sanitize the floor! 3) dog hair 4) room reeked of cigarettes and pot smoke! 5) mirrors had not been cleaned! 6) dirt and grim everywhere

Save your money!! Go somewhere else!!! This place was sketchy as soon as you walk in!! It smells like smoke and wet animal. When we got to our room, it got even worse! The fire alarm was ripped off the wall, the room had not been cleaned, there was food still in the refrigerator, the door looked like it had been bashed in, there was a hole in the wall, the coat rack was not secure to the wall, the window did not lock!! I could keep going, but I think you get the general idea!

Most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. The smell was disgusting. I started feeling my asthma symptoms starting within minutes of being in our room. The smoke smell was so strong even in a non-smoking room.

100% the worst hotel I have ever seen. ***** hair in bathroom on toilet and in tub. Hair on dirty sink, towels were stained and filthy. Curtains falling off rod, light shades had holes and were broken, the carpet was so filthy it was sticky. Splatters on walls in bathroom and by the bed. Pulled back the bedspread to find stained sheets and more hair. Pillowcases stained. We tried to call the front desk to get a new room but the phone was dead. Also the smoke detector was pulled off the wall and was laying on the bottom of the nightstand. We went to the front desk and the guy said he didn’t know if was dirty and was going to tell the housekeeper to clean it. Told him we wanted a new room. He found us one - so he said - brought us upstairs - it smelled so bad of *********. He abruptly turned around and brought us back down the stairs then back to the basement and brought us to the room next door to our original room. He asked if it was ok for us. We told him he had to stay while we looked at it. I pulled the bedspread back and a fly flew out. More stained sheets - exact same as the other room. Said we would get a refund to our credit card - we will see. DO NOT, DO NOT stay here. It did NOT feel safe, it’s disgusting and I am pretty sure the gal working there was tweeking. A phone call will be going to the department of health immediately.

I gotta say after check in I was VERY skeptical - especially after going "round back" to our entrance - busted-up entry door and all. The negatives: The whole place had a negative vibe and smelled of hash oil and whatever else the folks are vaping nowadays. Had to get a maintenance guy right away to fix bathroom and main room lights. He was prompt and done within 3 minutes of calling desk - that was fast. Carpet in our room looked OK but turned out socks blackish. Looks like a lot of long term residents here but that's starting to get a bit judgemental. The positives: once the lights were fixed, everything worked fine. Older furniture but clean and in good shape. Great shower, nice bathroom, fridge and microwave - all very clean. All for less than $70! No fights in the halls, no rowdy jerks, no drunks.

Don't do it Pure Disgusting, Horrible, Health Hazard! If you go please get a Tetanus Shot! No windows don't lock, you can't sleep because you don't know if someone gonna crawl in your window or if the rats and roaches gonna lay in bed with you, it's not worth nothing it needs to be shut down!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Not clean at all. The bathroom was disgusting, the sheets were stained. I am certain they do not have maid service. There were holes in the wall, the window was cracked, the fridge was broken and nothing about it felt safe. Absolutely avoid!!!!
