I cannot praise the manager and his wife highly enough. They went above and beyond to make mine and 3 colleagues stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed there for 15 nights. It is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels. We communicated via a translate app which was great as me and my work colleagues couldn’t speak a word of French . We had to start work earlier than the breakfast time so they opened 15 minutes earlier so we could at least get a coffee and cereal and if the fresh bread had been delivered ( which came fresh every day ) we also got that as well and nice cheese, ham and croissants. Whenever we needed anything they sorted it for us or at least helped us to get it sorted. Top class customer service

We really enjoyed our stay and the marina view room was excellent. The room was large and comfortable and it was very much appreciated to use the free car park behind the hotel. Great value and a very friendly welcome. We will definitely stay at the Grand Pavois again when our travels bring this way again. Thank you!

L'hôtel du commerce en centre ville de Fécamp est toujours aussi agréable. Propre, confortable et au calme, l'hôtel se situe près du marché et en contre bas il y a la gare. L'accueil y est très sympathique et les conseils sur ce qu'il faut faire, visiter ou manger aux alentours se sont avérés judicieux. nous recommandons.
