Except for a watermelon seed in the bathroom, everything else was fine. But there is a problem. In fact, these hotels in the old city can only be regarded as famous hotels. Apart from the Arabian style gimmicks, most of them can only be regarded as mid-range or lower-level B&Bs in China. The three and four stars marked on Ctrip's page are very misleading. The price I booked allows me to stay in a good regular hotel in Morocco.

This place is fantastic and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and big, comfortable and beautiful!!! The riad is right in the centre of everything so you can walk everywhere in fez and enjoy all the sights and sounds it has to offer.

Amazing Riad in a great location! The rooms were very clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. It is exactly as described! The rooftop terrace was a great place to hangout and the pool was great to relax and cool off! The staff were amazing and helpful. We mostly interacted with Aziz who was super attentive during our stay. The breakfast was great and Aziz even packed us a to-go bag on the way out as we left early. I highly recommend this accomodation!

I highly recommend this Riad! It’s conveniently located 4-6 min walk to the blue gate and is steps away from Cafes, restaurants, fast food and shopping. Beautiful roof top lounge with a very clean and well maintained pool and sun deck (Riad staff provides large pool towel) Pretty view of the mountains. Clean, Quaint and Cozy room with comfy bed. Strong WiFi throughout the Riad. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan items. They provided more than enough to keep you full for most of the day. Friendly staff- Aziz helped to transport my luggage from my previous Riad and was there to assist with any requests and answer any questions. Front desk staff is awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!

Riad centralissimo e veramente bello, a due passi dalla porta blu con un terrazzo molto ampio e su più livelli, con piscina pulitissima e vista panoramica. Camere fresche e in generale tutto nuovo e pulito. Cassaforte e aria condizionata .

Estuvimos en este hotel alojadas un grupo de amigas y la experiencia fue súper agradable. Los chicos que estaban allí fueron encantadores con nosotras. Nos sentimos súper seguras gracias a ellos, además de proveernos de todas las cosas que necesitamos y recomendarnos varias restaurantes en los que cenamos increíble, eran ellos los que nos acompañaban por la noche a los restaurantes y después nos recogían haciéndonos sentir muy seguras y cómodas. Súper atentos. RECOMENDABLE 100%. Volveremos seguro!

Una maravilla en todos los sentidos,limpieza de 10,una piscina en la azotea divina,con una terraza a diferentes niveles preciosa,calma y relax en todo momento.El día que teníamos excursión nos dieron picnic para llevar antes de hora del desayuno,pero a parte nos sirvieron unas pastas ,café con leche y pluncake,son muy amables,siempre atentos ,lo recomiendo 100%.Un Riad precioso,una decoración súper,a pocos minutos andando de la puerta azul !!! No dudéis en ir si váis a Fez.
