酒店位置距離火車站大概步行10分鐘路程，到達酒店後需要繼續進行前行大概5分鐘的路程辦理Check in，然後酒店工作人員會帶你回到房間。服務方面沒有什麼問題，酒店每天都會打掃房間補足備品，整體還是不錯。唯一的缺點，這次定的酒店房間裏沒有帶洗手間，需要出房間走幾步路，是單獨獨立的衞生間，每天上洗手間偷感有點重，其他沒有什麼問題。

It's quite beautiful, but it's quite far from the station. The check-in place is another four-star hotel. Don't hesitate to go there. The lady is very nice.

There is a certain distance between the hotel reception and the hotel. The indoor area is relatively large and the location is good. It is very close to attractions such as the Central Market. There are also many public transportation options nearby. Overall, it is a good experience.

Just amazing. Check in was at Hotel VIlla Royal, and we were escorted just a corner away, to our lodging. It is a big palazzo. and our room was on the groung floor, just 4 stairs up from ground floor. Everything was explained to us. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. The location was in Piazza Indipendenza, jsut 10 minutes away from SM Novella Station. and 5 minutes from the Mercato. Within the area, there are a couple of restaurants and bars too, so if you dont want to go in the historic centre, you can easily dine in the area. On the morning of checkout, we left our luggage at the hotel, and picked them up later. Very friendly staff. Would definitly visit again and recommend it.

Very clean place and matches the photos well. Room cleaned every day. The arrival service was impeccable. Although we had to go to the Royal Hotel to check in (a three-minute walk away), a member of the hotel staff walked us to our accommodation and explained how the keys worked. and on-site features. However, when checking out, they tried to charge us more than the amount indicated for the paid bottles of water placed in the refrigerator at our disposal.
At this accommodation, you have access to pretty much everything the hotel offers for some additional costs. Air conditioning works well.
