Hotel da raccomandare sotto tutti i profili. A cominciare dalla squisita accoglienza del Sig. Andrea, sempre attento alle necessità degli ospiti. Poi le stanze: arredate con fantasia e buon gusto, pulitissime come del resto i bagni, immacolati. Tè, caffè, biscotti, non una colazione ma la disponibilità in ogni momento. Letti molto comodi, ho dormito benissimo! Mi riprometto di tornare e trattenermi di più. Importante: a due passi a piedi dalla stazione di S.Maria Novella e dal Centro Storico. Consigliatissimo

I showed up and the room looked NOTHING LIKE the room I booked. After speaking with the manager and him agreeing that the room was not the same, I was told to cancel the reservation and I would be refunded the full amount. I booked another hotel a few blocks down and was changed the full amount. I have written many messages and emails with no response at all but if you read the reviews you’ll quickly see this is not a new thing for them.

Firstly it is not the Casa Maya but the Souvenir Maya, hotel requires a lot of work. rooms are not private I could hear private conversations and more no privacy at all. The worst thing is I was asked very strange questions on my arrival which they put down to checking if I was a terrorist I now know this is a potential identity theft scam and I have had to act accordingly. I did not have a good experience and I would not recommend this hotel. I currently have a complaint registered with *********** about my stay.
