Value of money. Very close to the historic center of Florence. Cosy and friendly place with great breakfast! I would recommend it with eyes closed.

Pros: location. Nice staff.
Negatives: Inability to adjust the room temperature. Initially missing bidet cap then replaced by a makeshift one. Mixing sink faucet water oftentimes impossible. Request by the hotel owners to pay the tourist tax only in cash and not by card. Breakfast only "sweet", not "salty".

Diciamo che la pulizia non è il forte di questo "hotel" gestito non si sa da chi. Posizione buona. Ho dovuto inviare mail con foto appena arrivata prima di mettere giù anche la giacca e sistemare il trolley, mi hanno cambiato stanza, e ho preso pure della maleducata per essermi lamentata(con le foto) della scarsa igiene. Anche stamattina i piattini per la colazione, 2 su 2 sporchi col cibo attaccato. Il 3°sembrava pulito. Buona la posizione dell'albergo.

Destaca por su atento personal, por su buen desayuno y por su buena ubicación, bastante cerca de la zona céntrica de Florencia. Camas muy cómoda, con buenas almohadas y con un aire acondicionado que enfriaba perfectamente. Andando se tarda unos 10min a/desde el centro de Florencia y 25min en llegar a/desde la estación de tren. Por poner algún pero, la habitación y el baño eran un poco pequeños, al menos las nuestras, pero más que suficiente como para estar de paso visitando la ciudad. La nevera no enfriaba para tirar cohetes, pero enfriaba.

Experiencia horrible: 1. No había ni una sola ventana en la habitación para ventilar. 2. Desayuno horrible, café nefasto… tanto que nos incluía desayuno y decidimos desayunar fuera aunque lo tuviéramos pagado… 3. No había agua caliente para ducharse. Aun espero una ayuda de la recepcionista, la cual solo se dedicaba a decir que nadie del hotel se quejó por eso, y que por tanto, era imposible que no nos llegara agua caliente. A la tercera queja, por fin, el chico de mantenimiento (el cuál estaba sentado con los zapatos sobre la repisa donde servían el desayuno) se dignó a subir a la 4rt planta (donde nos hospedamos ) para revisar el agua, dijo que debíamos girar una manivela de debajo la pica, SPOILER: no salió agua caliente en ningún momento… Parte positiva? Hotel ubicado a 14 minutos del centro.

Estive no hotel por 5 dias em junho/2024. Os funcionários são com certeza a melhor parte da estadia, todos muito simpáticos e solicitos. O hotel é antigo, o quarto que ficamos estava totalmente empoeirado. O frigobar não funciona. Eles têm carpete nos quartos, o que é péssimo, pois fica sujo e com poeira. O cheiro do quarto era forte, tínhamos que abrir as janelas ao entrar. O banheiro era pequeno, mas limpo. Chuveiro ruim. O hotel tem estacionamento próprio e custa em torno de 30 euros por dia. A taxa diária é de 6 euros por pessoa. O café da manhã é bom, tem ovos mexidos, frutas e pães variados. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo a pé.

we stayed 2 nights at hotel Arizona, Florence. For the price we paid, its a very good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, Rooms clean and big enough. Its located near few sights. suggestion: water kettle / iron board in room.
