La reception non conosce educazione ne rispetto verso gli ospiti né i propri orari lavorativi. Un gran peccato data la potenziale posizione. La reception non rispetta gli orari di apertura ed arriva tranquillamente più tardi, tra loro non comunicano perciò una cosa che viene detta al momento della prenotazione viene negata al momento in cui si arriva. Appartement loué par Odalys, situé à proximité du Duomo (5 minutes à pied), très spacieux, tout confort et avec climatisation. Parking à réserver en même temps que la location car peu de places ( six véhicules au maximum). Le personnel est agréable et serviable.

L'endroit était assez incroyable la chambre était magnifique et située au centre de la ville en revanche le petit-déjeuner nous a un petit peu déçu car pris dans un bar à côté il était compris dans le prix de l'appartement plus le petit-déjeuner mais était assez simple et même si la chambre était incroyable on entendait beaucoup les voisins donc mal insonoriser.

Quartos aparentam ser modernos e limpos no anúncio, mas o que consegui tinha lençol manchado, cheiro intenso de mofo, que tornou a estadia bastante desagradável. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas foi o suficiente para deixar Itália com uma tremenda crise alérgica. Janelas com vista para... nenhum lugar, um beco escuro. Atendimento na recepção não é 24h, para entrar e fazer checkin tem que telefonar para o número que esta na porta. Estacionamento com custo extra. Para quem leva carro, convém comunicar antecipadamente com o hotel para pedirem autorização e não levar multa.

Excellent facilities, very clean, very friendly, helpful, smiling staff. Very close to the Centre of Florence. Wouldn't think twice about revisiting. And a very good restaurant just next door.
