Apartments Puccini

Unos estafadores, jamás os alojeis en estos apartamentos. Contratamos un apartamento con mucha antelación a las navidades y luego nos alojaron en otro distinto que nada tenía que ver con las fotos que vimos el primer día. Todo mediante comunicación WhatsApp, claro, nadie dio la cara. Además la entrada en edificio y apartamento se realiza de forma domotica, con una aplicación que hay que descargarse (vikey) y que pide otro pago adicional de casi 200€ que no estaban notificados de inicio. El apartamento tenía muy mala instalación eléctrica, iluminación insuficiente y carteles cutres por todas partes. Atención pésima, un día nos quedamos tirados en la calle porque se cayó la WiFi y nos acusaron de desconectar el router. Relación calidad precio pésima y lamentable.

I give one star because it can't be given less. We booked a room for 5 people. Upon arrival we asked for directions to check in and after a short, and already very rude, explanation we did it online. However, at the end of this we were asked for €156 that had not been declared before. €56 were for the tourist tax (absolutely legitimate and normal) of the other €100, however, the reason was not specified. When we asked for a receipt of these, the owner, again on the phone, shouted at us, threatening to leave us on the street and not let us in. Once we pointed out to them that this was illegal and that we would only pay the tourist tax, suddenly the €156 became completely optional. After several threats we decided to pay them the money but they refused it with a message saying "don't do things your way". In the end, after several phone calls in which we were treated badly and with little respect, we managed to get in paying only the €56. The adventure does not end here because inside the apartment we discover that there were only four chairs, four glasses, four cups and four forks and knives. We had to make do with the extra person who had to eat on the floor during our entire stay. We do not advise anyone to contact these scammers unless you want to lose money and be insulted.

Comodo solo per la posizione. Se non guardiamo il degrado delle strade adiacenti . Nessun avviso sulla scala a chiocciola in ferro(unico modo per arrivare al letto),cosa che avrei reputato corretta. Appena arrivati.. personale davvero maleducato e supponente(vedi porta chiusa in faccia perché voleva che aprissi io con il telefono,nonostante avessi la prenotazione aperta e mi avesse già chiesto nome e cognome e nome della stanza). Cafoni record. Entriamo in stanza.. un caldo ATROCE. E tutto chiuso e spento. Ergo buio totale. Insomma non una grande presentazione. Fortunatamente ci sono stata solo 1 notte. E non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative. Anzi,lungi da me.

Péssimo atendimento, mesmo que vc pague antecipadamente, eles cobram a caução e te prometem a devolução no check out, mas não cumprem a palavra, garantem a devolução em 48 ou 72 horas e não cumprem. Vc liga e o anfitrião é grosso mal educado, diz não entender seu idioma, enfim para vc receber a devolução da caução vc terá muita raiva. Eu estive lá no inicio de Outubro e até hoje fim de novembro, não recebi a devolução. O acesso é ruim, no terceiro andar, não tem elevador, corredores escuros. Reservei o apartamento proximo a Estação de Trem e fui encaminhado em outro local distante. Melhor ficar em outro local, mesmo pagando um pouco mais caro.

They charged us a deposit that they have not returned to us. They also charged us the fees in cash without any document. I don't know who to go to to get the amount refunded, but it's important that everyone knows and it doesn't happen to them the same way. I don't recommend anyone.

Absolutely outrageous. Don't stay in this place. Poor and smelly rooms. Hot shower water without the ability to adjust it. They ask for a € 100 deposit which is not declared at the time of booking and which is not returned despite the room being left in perfect condition. Dishonest.
