This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the bustling heart of Florence. The whole place was decorated to such a beautiful standard and very tastefully. Our bedroom and bathroom in particular were very spacious. The views out over the piazza and the Basilica di San Lorenzo were just phenomenal, and we could also see the dome of the Duomo over the rooftops. There was a great selection of buskers in the piazza immediately below, and it was a real treat to people watch and listen from high above. The windows have been replaced very recently and do an amazing job of shutting out the noise, even the bells from the church over the street. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast selection could have been slightly better, but otherwise this was a first class stay.

Le Palazzo delle Stufa est très bien situé. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. La chambre est grande et confortable mais bruyante autant avec la rue que les autres chambres voisines. Prévoyez des boules quiets !! L'accueil est très froid, voir hautain, ne demandez rien ça l'ennuie. Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique. Nous n'y retournerons pas

Beautiful individual boutique hotel. We had two rooms and both were decorated to a high standard. The breakfast was delicious, prepared and waiting for us at the scheduled time we chose - you simply tick the items on the list and the time you wish to dine and then it all appears , served by a lovely gentleman. All the team are so friendly and Alessandro was so helpful. The location is perfect , if you get the chance to stay here , do - it’s perfect

We were expecting a hotel and we found a Bed and Breakfast. This was a disappointment, mostly because you don't have the amenities of a hotel. Otherwise the site is very good. The access and entrance give a bad impression, but then the room was excellent, very spacious and with two floors. The great views of the square and church of San Lorenzo in the best place in Florence. It's weird that you have to say in advance that you're going to have breakfast. It seemed expensive to me, there being cheaper hotels nearby.

We arrived at the Palazoo della Stuffa, and found the enormous wooden doors… a few flights of stairs up(elevator available) And we were met by the hotel staff. The rooms are wonderfully appointed, clean. The staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast, amazing. We will be visiting again. Centrally located in the heart of Florence. 10 minute walk to the train station.

It was the best on all levels and you really have to recommend this place which will certainly exceed what you expect! The location, the welcome, the breakfast (great!)...everything was perfect!

Wonderful B&B. Warmth of attention, large (huge!) and beautiful rooms, with views of the Duomo, magnificent breakfasts and, above all and notable: complete cleanliness of all spaces. A wonderful place to always return to. It is very well located, connected to everything and, despite that, outside noise is minimal. A highly recommended place that made our days in Florence a pleasure.

The only positive thing is that you are in the centre. The room has an extra bed upstairs with a bed made from a sofa. Very uncomfortable bed. Small bathroom for 3 people. No tub. Nightmare breakfast. No buffets. Very slow, disorganized. No one who understood the Italian language well. we are Italians in Italy!!!!!!. Everything prepared very slowly on the spot. No one ate together. TV remote control with flat batteries. I called and they sent me to look for them in the reception drawers!!!! High price bad service. I do not recommend
