Nossa experiência aqui na tirolesa do Costão foi muito bacana! Toda equipe foi atenciosa e animada! Explicaram a atividade com calma e passaram segurança. Meu filho de 8 anos foi sozinho com a equipe e se divertiu muito! Obrigada à todos e aí Maique que acompanhou meu menino!😆👍

De maneira geral foi tudo muito bom. Pessoas muito simpaticas no atendimento, limpeza e organização adequada dos lugares, boa variedade de comidas, muito atenciosos com meu filho que é autista. Pontos a melhorar são as filas nos bares para pegar bebidas, eu fui só uma vez e em uma semana tomei um drink apenas. Também tinham muitas obras, então logo cedo ou em qualquer horário do dia era barulho de furadeira, serra, bate estaca.

Lugar maravilhoso, já vim varias vezes, família toda aproveitando o final de semana, inclusive fui muito bem atendida no bar de drinks da piscina pelo Rodnei… Drinks, comidas, hospedagem muito bons! As comidas e bebidas ficam disponíveis toda hora, com muitas opções! Recomendo demais!

Vamos todos os anos no Costão do Santinho, tenho outras avaliações que sempre elogiei muito este resort, mas neste mês de Julho fomo surpreendidos negativamente. O restaurante principal estava em reformas, e simplesmente o outro restaurante não estava dando conta. Nunca vi fila para jantar no restaurante principal do resort, mas o restaurante parador ficava com fila que chegava próximo da área das piscinas, isso é inadmissível e uma falta de consideração com seus hóspedes que esperam desfrutar de uma experiência de resort premium. Abrimos uma reclamação formal na central do hospede, que até hoje não nos deram nenhum retorno, e conseguiram nos alocar em um restaurante temático que tinha vagas. Espero sinceramente que seja temporário, mas se o restaurante não comporta o numero de hospedes as reservas deveriam ser limitadas. O único ponto positivo é que nesta hospedagem minha filha precisou de atendimento médico, e fomos muito bem atendidos na enfermaria.

Incrível, não podia ter sido melhor. Toda a equipe da forma é maravilhosa, os barman fizeram drinks de extrema qualidade em pouco tempo. Eu particularmente usufrui muito dos drinks, o rodiney é incrível assim como os outros e espero poder voltar a ver a forma participar da minha vida em outra viajem inesquecível assim como esta.

Sobre o bar da piscina: Muito bom o atendimento, principalmente do Rodnei, muito simpático e educado. Mas poderia ter mais opções de de sucos. Sobre o Resort: Muito bom também, bem organizado e a comida dos restaurantes muito boas. No geral é excelente.

Experiência incrível e atendimento impecável da parte do Rodnei, estrutura boa, ótimos quartos e comida simplesmente maravilhosa. O resort superou minhas expectativas. Infelizmente, a unica coisa que nao foi do meu agrado foi o quarto, muito pequeno para 3 pessoas, falta de espelhos e outras estruturas uteis para estadia longa.
