la pregunta que le hicimos a la de recepción y que porque no había fiesta de San silvestre. Razones para ella suficientes y echarnos de su hotel. Me parece una falta de respeto que una gerente comercial se ponga en esa posición y no llame primero al huésped a indagar que pasaba sino tome decisiones por una niña que su actitud lo dice todo. El hotel es moderno, es lindo, cuenta con piscina, con spa. En el restaurante y en cabeza del Sr. Carlos muy buena atención, comida deliciosa, el personal de aseo atento solamente las chicas de recepción y sus gerente comercial harán que el negocio fracase si siguen así, dónde no les importa que opine el cliente y los echan literal sin importar y si con una actitud soberbia. Si van a hospedarse recuerden no decir ni preguntar nada los pueden también sacar... Por cierto... - Nunca pidieron carnet de vacunación aunque si tienen avisos que lo piden... - después del incidente de nuestro carro si fueron capaces de poner una cinta amarilla y un cono para señalizar que no deben bajar carros - Llegando a Bgta se reviso el carro y si se vio afectada una llanta y un soporte de motor cosa que el hotel no responderá porque se lavan las manos de cualquier situación.
