My son and I stayed here on his 16th birthday right after we left the Park at Owa. Only took 5 to 8 minutes to get there… Very convenient. We will be back.

Our non-smoking room was clean but the hallways had an odor. The pool was clean and nice to sit by.

The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the person who brings the towels to the rooms. The room was cleaned all except 2 pieces of hair in the shower, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed every bit of it. The breakfast was very convenient for our 4 days. They had eggs, biscuits, waffles, cereal, grits, oatmeal and juice. Everything we needed was right on Mckenzie Street. The front desk personnel was great from start to finish. They were exceptional! I recommend Americas Best Value. There was a pool but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it due to the weather.

The entrance should have been swept.
There was no meat nor eggs prepared for breakfast and The dirty towels had to be turned in before clean ones were given.

Room was clean but bathrooms were outdated and parking lot in bad shape.property and outside of buildings need to be refurbished.
