I would give it 4.5 stars .
When it comes to this hotel it is all about location and convenience . Literally situated on the sandy beach , you cannot go wrong if you are a beach lover !
The suites are large and all facing the ocean ! They have kitchenette with a fridge and microwave .
The parking is available for a small fee (15 per night plus tax ) .
As for the negatives : the hotel could benefit from some upgrade . The pool is small and not inviting ( to me that was not an issue since I was there for the ocean ) . Staff were overall nice except the ones at the restaurant downstairs . They can benefit from some retraining . The sandbar grill food was average and expensive overall . Cleaning services of the room could do a better job .

The room was a bit dated we communicated that we would be leaving earlier than originally planned spoke with Lyric within the time frame to update but was still charged for an additional day even though we checkout a day earlier. You are charged for parking when there is really no assigned parking.

Great location for families, north of the noise from the *****. It's only an issue if you want to go to the restaurants on the beach or Las Olas. Expect to hit traffic on every trip as walking is too far.
Hotel itself was great, it has everything you really need and the staff is great. Perfect balcony views of the ocean, can't ask for more there.
Things to note- the beds feel older and dip in the middle of that bothers you. The in-wall AC unit gets loud and auto turns on & off when cooling the room. This kept waking me up. I wish the fan would just drone on versus cutting on and off.
Lastly the attached Sandbar Grill is average. They don't have hard liquor, only wine and beer. One of the older female servers was rude to a family member. They were probably stressed out but wish that experience could've been avoided.

This is a very nice small hotel. We booked a king oceanfront room on the 6th floor for one night. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a small balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo and offered toiletries. Parking was $25/nite. And they do charge a resort fee of $40/day. I believe that includes beach set up and beach towels which we didn’t use. It is about 20 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. It has a small bar/grill on site, but we did not eat there. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic boutique hotel! Absolutely the most amazing staff. How they curated the coolest, friendly and helpful staff in this day & age I have no idea…but kudos!! We loved it and would absolutely stay here again. Ditch the chain hotels and come hang out beachfront!
