This hotel was awful! Smelled like **** everywhere, was dirty had bugs, bathroom door was split half way up would not shut, sink wouldn’t drain , no ice machines, fridge was not operational, cub bard door wouldn’t stay open. drug deal going on in parking lot
Homeless in lot at all times not a place to take children. Front desk very unhelpful.
Trying to get refund now!

The hotel is overall good, but a bit old. The balcony is dripping. There is no stopper in the bathtub and I can only use a towel to block the drain.
But there is a microwave and refrigerator, which is great.

Thia hotel has Great customer service and spacious rooms. They are reasonable and understanding! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely would book a stay there agian!!!

Dreadful. Due to a layover the airport put us up for a night in this dump! Smelled of mildew and other odors. Filth everywhere. I've attached a photo of the toilet we had, I couldn't figure out what was on it, turns out it's just the toilet seat itself warped and gross. The whole place is like slapping on quality looking stuff to disguise a dump. Fortunately we only had to stay here a few hours before getting our flight back.

Room was mostly clean when arriving, sheets had cigarette burns, the cabinet door for the fridge was busted and free hanging. Roaches in the elevator and main floor, though none in the room that we could find. Staff made us feel like a huge inconvenience to them. Room service only came two out of 6 days. Location definitely feels sketchy though the Culver's and Starbucks next door were a very nice amenity. Would not recommend this location.
