Employees are the best go the extra mile, times are tough so it’s been tough finding a rental and they make it feel like home and I feel SAFE.

Good location and service.

The first room we were placed in was NASTY! First thing we found was the tolet was clogged. There were Holes in the walls, blankets, and curtain. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Huge stains on the bed. Dirt all over the floor. Heater made a horrible screetching sound all night. Nail polish all over the sink. And the DOOR DIDNT LOCK! When we brought up the problems, we were told they couldnt give a refund but they could move our room. We reluctantly agreed. The new room was better but not by much. The heater didnt work and the bathroom sink didnt work. We also found out they charged us for an extra night. When we called and spoke to the "manager" Sam, we were told "I can't do anything about it". He wanted to argue that the rooms were in that condition because they werent making very much money on the stay so they didnt care as much. Then, after we told him how ridiculous it all was, he said he would send maintenance to the room and if our claims were true, he would give us some sort of compensation. He then called back and lied, saying everything was working. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. If you need a cheap, clean hotel, the Executive Inn a quarter mile own the road is usually the same price and MUCH better.

Landings had trash and were dirty. Room had stained sticky floor. Some furnature stained. Shower curtain stained. Rod for tolet paper was missing no towels. TV stuck on one channel. Room phone did not work.

This property is not in a good state of repair. Lobby Front door handle was hanging by one screw when i arrived. The gal at counter said maintenance guy went to hardware store to get a screw. And later that day, the inside handle was now hanging loose as well with no outside handle at all. Only got worse from there. My room was a disaster of poorly executed repairs. Bathroom sink faucet was not attached to the counter at all! Nor the bathtub faucet either. Broken bathroom floor tile, hole in bathroom door, hole in wall sloppily patched and unfinished, just to name a few. It seems they don't have things under control.

When I arrived, I could not get in to my room because I couldn’t open the door (maintenance came and said “Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.” There were stains on the bedding and furniture. Everytime I walked across the room, my feet stuck to the floor. The staff was very friendly and did what they could to help and the breakfast was decent.

The place looked dirty, the elevator didn't work, stairs smelled and extremely dirty to name a few.

Everythingwas very clean

I think that maybe there were rooms under construction some rooms didn’t have any carpet on the floor. The bathroom was filthy dirty and it was just unsanitary. Also, the TV was missing.
