Service was terrible the bathroom door in our room didnt close. Room had a bar no ice bucket and the sink did not work. No glasses to use to drink water or brush teeth. Half of the room had no a/c. Morning breakfast everything was out of order or empty including juice and coffee no food.

The front desk man was polite, quick and nice. The room was big and clean except the floors in the room and bathroom was not cleaned all that well.

The staff are friendly and accommadating, my only complaint was thay it is under rennovation right now so the breakfast was minnimal, no pool, and construction everywhere. The room was comfy and very clean!!

The fact that it was under construction, didn’t bother me one bit. up the steps. The issues was once we got up the steps. The smell in the hallway was the strongest, dirty ashtray I’ve ever smelt. We open the door to the room and it was so dirty. I don’t care if something is outdated, but this was just filth. The air conditioner was broken the rack that the towels hung was broken and falling out of the wall which was a hazard. I got a picture of one of the folded dirty towels, and it was crusty stuff on it. Not a stain. We checked for bedbugs. Didn’t see anything like that but inside the dressers and everything was just filthy. It didn’t even look like the room had been vacuumed. I spent the first hour cleaning before I could even sit down. I didn’t get many pictures because we didn’t check in till so late and had to be up very early early . Don’t count on breakfast., my daughter took one sip of the juice out of the machine and got sick. Two flavors of cereal, no fruit and there was maybe two pieces of bread. You can make a waffle though. If you look in the pictures, it’s very disgusting.

Our stay was comfortable. Staff were polite and professional. The only complaint is that they charge a deposit of about 100$ which they took forever to return after our stay was over.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Where do I start without sounding like a Karen. First off the lobby is looking very nice but the entire place is clammy and hot. The stairways felt like I was in a third world country. The door to the room was hard to open and close besides being suspicious of being broken into. The air felt musty and dirty. Like a film of dirty. They need air purification systems in that old building to be honest. The floors were sticky couldn’t take my shoes off. The towels were just tossed up, stains. The bathroom was filthy. I didn’t even shower. What’s the point if I’m gonna feel dirty as soon as I get out?! I just wanted out. Until 1am it sounded like someone was working on a room remodeling or something. I woke up at 5:30 AM and I checked out. The breakfast bar was uninviting. And everything was hot. Fruit was warm because it’s a sauna in that lobby. So I didn’t even try to fix anything else. The only good thing about this establishment is being close to the Reds Stadium for me. And I will never stay here again. I suggest the owners tear it down and rebuild. You can only put lipstick on pig.
