This is my first time choosing this hotel. I am very satisfied with the experience. There is breakfast, laundry and large parking lot. There is also a parent-child park opposite the hotel. There is a cinema and McDonald's next to the hotel. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the details are also in place. The front desk clerk is very professional and introduced the surrounding food, drink and entertainment. This is the most satisfactory accommodation for this trip. It is great.

The room is relatively large, our family of five booked a triple room, a double room, in line with our needs, the price is relatively high. Walk 500 meters is Chencun Subway Station Exit A, and there are shopping malls nearby, breakfast can eat McDonald's. Close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, about 20 minutes by taxi, three subway stations. Although the room is not very luxurious, it is fully equipped, relatively clean, and quiet at night. The only thing that feels bad is that the toilet is a paper sliding door, not very good, but the price is already very good.

Because of the geographical environment, basically every time I stay at the New Grand Hyatt, the rooms are cleaner and tidier than many hotels, making it more comfortable to stay. Every time I meet Xiao Kun, he is very enthusiastic and considerate to help solve problems. I must give him a thumbs up. I suggest that soda and Dongpeng be placed in every room, and instant coffee is also cancelled. If you want to drink it, you have to go out and buy it. These are really not worth the money.

This experience was amazing! The hotel is newly opened, only 100 meters away from the subway entrance, and the transportation is extremely convenient. Opposite is Shunlian Plaza, with plenty of shopping and dining options. The lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are fresh and hygienic, and the small facilities and items inside are well thought out. Clothes are washed and dried for free, just call. The waiters are all very enthusiastic, polite, warm and delicate. The important thing to say is: The night before yesterday, my friend took me back to the hotel, but I forgot my phone in her car. By the time I realized it, my friend had already gone home. I tried my best but couldn't remember her phone number. I tried to contact her through other intermediaries but couldn't remember her phone number. At this time, I asked the hotel waiter for help, a little girl named Huahua from Guizhou. She was very enthusiastic to help and tried many methods. Finally, I contacted my friend through her WeChat official account and asked her to send her phone back! Because the flight was cancelled, I booked a hotel near Guangzhou South in the middle of the night. It was a chain hotel. I booked an interior room, which means the window was open in the corridor. I didn't want to change it in the middle of the night, and there was no room, so I stayed there. I didn't expect the room to be small and exquisite, and the key is very clean. It's not crowded for sleeping. The price is also very conscience during the rainstorm. I will choose it again next time. It's very close to the South Station, 8 kilometers, no traffic jam, 15 minutes. But try to leave more time to take a taxi. It's a bit difficult to take a taxi. Try Didi and Gaode. I didn't get a taxi yesterday morning, and a lucky lady next to me took me to the South Station for free. A perfect encounter

The robot will deliver them to the door of your room. The only in-room facilities I have to mention are that the window lock is broken and has not been repaired. The phone is old and yellowed. It feels like the hotel is very old. Finally, there is the problem of the electric plug. I came from Hong Kong. Yes, there are no USB plugs and charging cables in the room, only domestic three-pin plugs. If you don't bring a plug, there will be no way to charge your mobile phone. I hope the hotel can improve it in the future. But overall it's good.

Conscience evaluation, this price stay, great cost-effective, originally planned to go to Guangzhou Chimelong to play with friends, thinking about looking for and going to Shunde, the result is to find a hotel close to the South Station, so it is convenient for us to run on both sides, so I set this hotel, the patient service at the front desk makes me feel really wow, Very patient. My friend is really a very shy person. I asked East and West, because we all came to Guangdong for the first time. I didn’t know a lot. The front desk patiently explained to us and told us where to eat without stepping on thunder. It was so pleasant and the price was not expensive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
