優點：1.便宜；2.季華園地鐵站D口可以直接坐電梯直達，非常方便；3.很乾凈，而且房管小姐姐有問必答，回覆也很及時。缺點：1.房型是那種二層LOFT，上下兩層是兩間房，共用一個外門，導致隔音很差，開門、講話、投影聲音都能聽見。2.衞生間非常非常小，大概兩平米，上個廁所站起來都懷疑會磕到洗手池。3.説是投影房，但投影儀效果非常差。Ps入住前建議提前聯繫房管➕微信，不然地址不太好找，前台也不一定有人在。

It was a last minute booking due to previous accommodation was too dirty and different from picture. But this hotel you will get what you see, clean and friend staff. The subway station is just below the building, easy to access and every night there’s a small night market infront the building where you can get your supper or dinner.

The apartment is at the subway entrance, on the 20th floor, with a nice view. Another advantage is that it is conveniently located, and you can go to Century Lotus for a concert in just a few stops.
