Perfect experience! The room is much bigger than I expected with a nice view. Very thoughtful arrangements such as warm lights, water, towels, soap and even a teakettle! Totally saved my life!
Very convenient public transportation, direct S Bahn to airport (10 stations), and 4 stations to the city center

I chose this hotel for a business trip. I clearly chose "pay at the hotel" when booking, and provided a credit card as a guarantee. I didn't expect that the hotel would directly convert the guarantee into consumption when checking out! This is obviously not the same concept. Fortunately, it was only the guarantee that was converted into consumption, and no money from the guests was collected. Otherwise, it would be troublesome. Even if the double charge was refunded, it would take a long time, not to mention that we were in a foreign country and couldn't speak the language.
