Mauvaise experience au bord de route bruyante, un personnel peu respectueux desagreable et j'menfoutiste qui se moque ouvertement du client. Service exagerement lent, une bonne heure avant d'avoir le premier plat, ca manque de personnel competent et ca tourne avec des bouts de ficelle. C'est de l'amateurisme ! Passez votre chemin...

Les chambres sont au dessus du restaurant et après le service du soir, le personnel fait énormément de bruit en rangeant, gros problème d’insonorisation . Je trouve dommage qu’on oublie les clients de l’hôtel. Si vous êtes fatigué, je déconseille fortement l’hôtel…

Nous avons découvert l'hôtel du Vert Bocage dans le cadre d'une escapade gourmande avec le Passeport Gourmand. Un lieu très agréable, moderne. Le service est chaleureux et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un super rapport qualité prix. Nombreux produits frais. Merci pour votre accueil.

We had booked a twin room but on arrival had been advised we had been upgraded free of charge. We were put in a room on the top floor that had no heating. We were supplied with one potable radiator but as it was minus degrees outside we had to ask for another radiator. The corridor was not heated and neither was the bathroom. The floor below was lovely and warm and I am unable to understand why we were put in such a cold room. The beds were however comfy and the staff wonderful.

Nous avons séjourné pour 2 nuits dans la chambre 203 sous les toits du Vert Bocage. À l'accueil, Sigrid était très chaleureuse, souriante et aux petits soins. Dans la chambre, nous n'avons pas été incommodées par le bruit des voitures malgré la proximité de l'établissement avec la route principale. Nous avons très bien dormi grâce à la literie très confortable de la chambre. La salle de bains n'est pas très grande mais en même temps, ce n'est pas un lieu de vie. Cependant elle dispose de toute la place nécessaire pour y laisser ses affaires de toilette. La douche est quant à elle très spacieuse et équipée d'une colonne. Au petit déjeuner, un buffet de produits sucrés et salés de qualité, idéal après une bonne nuit de sommeil. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment parmi vous. Merci à l'équipe !

My wife and I stayed at Le Vert Brocage after unfortunately having a puncture nearby. After being on the phone to the RAC for over 3 hours they informed us that we dont have breakdown cover (They phoned 2 DAYS later to say we were covered and do we need assistance!!- ongoing) Needless to say when we arrived at the hotel we were tired and stressed, we were welcomed by Sigrid on reception who was FANTASTIC. We explained what had happened and she immediately liaised with her boss who phoned a local garage and arranged to have our tyre checked the next morning. She booked us into room 204 which was excellent, large very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and shower which was spotlessly clean with soft fluffy towels . We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious evening meal and were very well looked after by the "boss" and his staff. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel again although hopefully under better circumstances! Big thank you to all at the hotel especially Sigrid who even left us her phone number to help with any translation as her English is excellent , our French sadly is not.

Merci, votre réponse à mon commentaire est édifiante…. Au contraire de contester mes constatations (vous les reconnaissez d’ailleurs vous même) vous tentez, comme à chaque fois qu’un de vos clients manifeste son mécontentement, de le disqualifier en prétendant qu’il était agressif ou qu’il s’agissait d’un « râleur » …. Un peu facile. Et maintenant vous y ajoutez l’insulte. Bravo !! Quel mépris pour vos clients. Les éventuels futurs clients apprécieront et comme moi et d’autres de mes amis sur le plateau Est, lesquels m’ont également fait part de leurs récentes déceptions, ne reviendront pas.
