The check in was so nice and friendly!!! I had forgotten a few items and the front desk lady was kind enough to put it in our room so we would not be late for be our event. Will stay here again😇

The front desk. They charged my card for damages that were not mine. Refused to show me pictures of damages or explain and then proceeded to hand up on me.

Check in was seamless. The woman asked about the purpose of the trip and then went on to suggest and recommend some places and wineries to check out. We did most of them and the trip turned out pretty good.

AC didn’t work. Large Bugs in the room. Chemical smell - smelled awful. Shorted in towels. No staff on duty to help. Front desk locked up tight even at 9:30 am. Paid for two nights but left after first night . No refund and no one around to complain to., This place is an absolute toilet of a hotel.

Trailered an antique truck to a show. Owner worked on finding a space to park vehicle with trailer in safe location. Accommodations were great.
