The room is large, clean and comfortable.

🌟 Changbai Mountain in autumn is also worth having! It is convenient to get to the west slope from Wanda Resort. Although it is off-season, the hotel has a bus to and from the distribution center every day. Park Hyatt is halfway up the mountain in the resort, with beautiful mountain views and convenient walking distance to the commercial district. After a day of shopping, relaxing in the hotel's hot spring pool at night can really revive you. The hotel has a rich buffet breakfast and thoughtful and meticulous service. 因為主樓在裝修，管家JOY提前電話、微信聯繫告知情況後，安排了離主樓幾步路的別墅區。我們晚班機到的，接機、入住都很順暢。房間挺大，但年數長了總有一點潮濕的味道。因為温差有點感冒，第二天早餐時餐廳員工主動詢問，並在後續幾天送了薑茶驅寒，很是濃郁，搭配泡池，效果OK。酒店權益項目比以前多了些，參與感也不錯。幾點小建議：1️⃣接機小哥盲區逆行超車，大半夜還是有點怕的，希望下次安全為先；2️⃣9月雖然室外涼快，但房間內很悶，可以配備空調扇，以備不時之需；3️⃣吹風機太具年代感，長髮不友好。總體來説還是滿意的，管家JOY的解答也非常細心到位✌️航班延誤，禮賓部也是第一時間關注航班動向，協調送機，非常貼心，點贊👍

長白山柏悦是我這次長白山之行的第2家酒店，出行前臨時買了這個套餐。
設施：酒店設施保養得挺好的。而且因為是淡季，人少，所以泡池的使用還挺舒服。
但是房間的空調系統不知道是不是因為中央空調的原因，不能調温，房間顯得很悶熱。
衞生：客房人員打掃得很乾凈，備品的補充很及時。
服務：在入住期間碰到的每個酒店人員都會主動問好，在獲得服務的同時也不會有被打擾到的感覺。
套餐內項目：
下午茶：下午茶因為都是現做的，所以需要提前一天預約。幾款抹茶口味的甜品都很不錯，清爽不膩口。
而且量很大，在我以為已經是全部的時候，才發現衹上了一部分。
漂流：辦理入住後，漂流的提供方來電，表示衹可以提前一天預約，而且可預約的時間段衹有2個，一個是9點，一個是下午1點。
我們在電話預約的時候，約好了第二天上午9點，漂流地是天池水漂流。並且在通話期間反覆確認過是否需要自行準備雨衣和水槍，對方一直回覆説“什麼都不用帶，都有的。”
到了第二天9點，我們一直在酒店大堂等着，始終沒有司機來接，也沒有電話聯絡。沒辦法之下，衹能我們去電確認，才被告知漂流延遲開放，需要等到10點才來接我們，我們也表示接受。一直等到了10點，又來電説需要延遲10分鐘。最後終於坐上了去漂流的車，到了地點才被告知從天池水漂流換到了小沙河漂流，而且雨衣、水槍都是收費的。
不知道柏悦酒店和攜程平台為什麼會選擇一個如此不靠譜的漂流提供方。
